TALKING THERAPISTS

We are fortunate to have both a counsellor and a hypnotherapist available to talk to if you want to chat about any issues or problems, or tips on how to manage your feelings.

BENEFIT AND DWP ADVICE

We aim to provide our community with a safe and friendly place to drop in for a chat and have somewhere to go for support or advice or even just a friendly ear. To help provide a wide range of support we have the following excellent volunteers with a huge range of skills and experience:

​LIFE SKILLS CENTER:​​

We have an expert in this area of advice which can often be difficult to navigate. If you're not sure of what you can claim or need help, our expert can assist you.

We have several experts in our super team of volunteers who have a vast depth of knowledge and experience with mental health and wellbeing.

Two drop-in hours per week with trained adult volunteers

Adult Survivors Of Sexual Abuse Worker
 

We offer a fixed day of the week and opening times so you always know when you can come along and pop in.

If you have special needs and don't know how to get help or need advice, we have a volunteer who can assist you.

If you have suffered abuse in the past we have an expert on hand to offer help and advice.

24 hour Samaritans crisis line​​

Sorting out benefits and knowing what you may be entitled to can be a real minefield. Our expert can offer you guidance.

Mental health support and advice can be hard to access. We have several volunteers who can assist you and help you in this area.

If you are in crisis and need to speak to someone at any time of the day or night, you can call the Samaritans free of charge and speak to a trained professional: Tel: 116-123
